A single arbitrator will be selected by Rocket Media and the arbitration will be held in Phoenix, Arizona. Each party will pay its own costs associated with the arbitration and agrees to split the arbitration fees. Solely with respect to complaints by Rocket Media employees that cannot be resolved internally, Rocket Media agrees to work with the relevant Data Protection Authority, if applicable, to resolve such matter.

Limitations
