Many home pages overwhelm website visitors with content, confusing them and leading them to go elsewhere to solve their problem. To avoid this, we removed all clutter and broke down the content of the website into the 3 core reasons people visit Coolray’s home page. (We also left an “other” option for the edge cases).
Once visitors select an option, they see only the content that’s relevant to their choice.
Every page on Coolray’s website is now easily accessible on any device—desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
Rather than have separate forms for their 3 main services — repairs, new installs and maintenance — we combined the forms and used logic to hide and show the right fields. Now, anyone who clicks on “contact” will find exactly what they need.
